Job Description
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
● 2+years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in paid
advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
● Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution modeling.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to think critically and solve problems.
● Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
● Plan, develop, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
(search, social, display) to achieve client goals (e.g., leads, sales, website
traffic).
● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for paid
search campaigns.
● Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and other social media advertising
campaigns.
● Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve
ROI.
● Generate reports and present findings to clients.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance
marketing
