Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients in need of recruitment services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
Present Terekrut’s services and value proposition to potential partners.
Negotiate and close agreements that benefit both Terekrut and the client.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and outsourcing solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
